Over more than a decade, she has cultivated advanced skills in program leadership, high-impact convening, systems strengthening, executive leadership, and strategic design. Leveraging extensive experience managing complex federal grant programs across nonprofits, government, and academia, Breyana spearheads transformative initiatives that fortify organizational capacity, empower communities, and cultivate lasting change.
